I am relisting to eldermourne for the 3rd time. My god the sound design this season stepped up in a major way. The silence of murph doing math and then a lone drip, sent chills up my spine. Recent season just kept getting better to, but damn this eps sound design was so good i just had to say something.

Aww it's my favorite joke from the last episode...Just think it's funny to imagine this willowy, bookish nerd Zirk doing something seemingly terrifying to heal. I think that juxtaposition of terrifying imagery and the minty healing goodness just somehow tickles me. And Hank freaking out about it as well as Fia's unblinking trust in Zirk makes me laugh to imagine it. I get why that might unsettle some people, but idk, to me it being a fantasy world, makes it just an easy laugh rather anything more serious. But I could totally understand why it may bother some people.

Not sure if this will ever be read, but if it is, that means that Damien Kirk is sadly no longer with us. Oh well, it happens.

The Guisarme has different pronounciations, the easiest would be "Gesa" (hard g like in 'dog', the e is a long 'eh'). If you want to keep the long word I would pronounce it 'guy-sarm-eh' but Gesa is propably a nicer nickname. :)
