Helmet color - brightest you can get Jake real talk - get a helmet with the MIPS rating, and replace your helmet every 3-5 years depending on use

I know it's not exciting Jake, but get a white or black helmet. Neutral colors are best because then your helmet can "match" with whatever you wear while you ride. I've had a red one for years because it matched my bike and I loved it for that, but now I very much want a white helmet to match my white shoes because it will also look better with the rest of my kit. Plus it is more visible in all conditions.

Jake should get a helmet that fits. When I got my helmet there was one in the whole store that fit me. It was brown, which matched nothing about anything I ever wear and nothing about my bike. But it fits and I haven't had my brains dashed out onto the high road yet.

Jake's helmet color should deffo be a darker one, maybe navy blue or deep brown. Maybe he won't be using it exclusively for biking and going directly home, need something nice to plop somewhere in public (when this will be possible...). Also Quick Blast should be fun to draw <3
