I do think that sometimes when shows cross the language barrier into an English dub, the episode order gets messed up. I've been watching Miraculous: Tales Of Ladybug & Cat Noir and the order is clearly wrong. Villians are refference before their introduction episode. Its quite annoying.

The intro inspired me to relisten through 8BBC so once again I find myself ugly sobbing with laughter as quietly as possible because I'm a dumb who listens at work. That story about that poor person putting on the Zelda shadow prince episode in the car with their mom on the way to their grandma's funeral still absolutely kills me. If you all ever decided to do 8BBC episodes as occasional mixed bags, I would be so happy

The intro made me so happy but when Jake said he was deep in the Wikipedia page, I knew we were deep into 8bit territory! Also, I minored in Video Game Studies and if I remember correctly, we learned in VG history that Sonic was Sega's response to Nintendo's Mario. He was supposed to attract an older edgier audience.
