Also, not a question, but just an idea. One thing I'd love to see is one of the DMs recording their preparation, then releasing it a little while later once there would be no spoilers.

Not a Campaign Question but a player question for Emily. First off, you are my player rolemodel. Your creative plans and use of spells, your builds that are fantatsic, your roleplaying and characters that are hilarious, yet deep. Anytime I do something clever with my druid spells, or come up with a cool plan, I always joke that I'm chanelling "Axford Energy". I'm wondering if you've ever dealt with negitivity for your characters at other tables you've played at. My last campaign, I played a character that I wrote to take more of a side role so I could learn the rules. Now that I'm more comfortable with the game, my current character was built to take a more active role, and I've started to face backlash from another player. Small things like him disregarding my ideas, accusing me of Metaing because my character knows diffrent information from him, butting in while I roleplay to take the attention away from me. Since I'm the other female, I'm often told that I'm "over-reacting". I guess I'm wondering have you ever experienced things like this(i want to clarify, question is not about toxic fans... but just players you've played with)? And how have you worked through it so you don't loose the magic with your character and still enjoy the game?

1) Multiclassing always seems more enticing at higher levels (i.e. Deadeye). If you had to start a character at level 10, would you multiclass? To Murph: Re-listening to the first campaign, I feel that one of the biggest differences between Bahumia and Eldermourne so far is how important or unimportant race is in each universe. In the first campaign the characters' races and their relationship with their race was one of the main things that informed their identities, Moonshine and the cricks\high elves, Hardwon and humans\dwarves and later half-elves, and Bev's halflingness... What made you decide to mostly take race out of the equation in Eldermourne and how do you feel it has affected the campaign so far?

Will there be a map for Eldermourne? Did you have anything planned for your Campaign 2 character that did not come up or no longer felt right when you started playing them?

Less of a question and more of an idea pitch, because at this point each of you have played multiple PCs, what do you guys think about a free-for-all PvP (maybe for a stream or a mixed bag) where each of you runs a 2-person team of your PCs? I imagine it being something like Murph comes in with Jens and Mac, Jake with 2 of Hardwon, JV, Nyack, Tread and Hank (this is why there's the 2-person rule), Caldwell with 2 of Bev, Dave and Zirk, and Emily with 2 of Moonshine, Onyx and Fia. You could scale everyone's power level to 5 or 10 so the older characters don't just stomp the competition, or make it 3-person teams and let Murph call in Balnor. Mostly I just want to see all the PCs getting a chance to roleplay with eachother, and an interdimensional battle royale made the most sense to me.

Howdy y’all! I have a question about Meemaw. At the beginning of the podcast, my understanding is that Meemaw has literally birthed every recent youngun’ (hence the dangerously fertile aspect of Moonshine). However, later on at the Crick it seems like everyone is interrelated but not necessarily THAT closely. Moonshine is also super pumped and surprised to meet her half brother later in Shadowfell. Hi Guys long time listener (since the ezry arc) newish patron, I was curious if you’d ever do an early modern themed campaign that leaned more into some of the steampunk and arcane tech elements of bahumia and eldermorne or maybe confirming if you plan on having eldermorne dig into those elements a bit more as I found the arcane technology of the bubble city and airships of galaderon to be really interesting facets of the campaign that offer really good world building opportunities as well as interesting mechanics like the fight on the tram system in galaderon, also please do another Donkey Kong one shot! I’ve listened to the first one like 11 times and have listened to the new one at least four times, I find it crazy and bonkers in the best way possible and I nearly broke into tears when you red weddinged the cast of donkey Kong something I never thought I’d type!

Question for murph, Balnor was sort of your PC in the first campaign, and he came about very randomly. Are you planning on something like that for this campaign, where there is a fourth member mostly played by you? Would you write it in, or let it happen naturally, or do you want the party to stay how it is? Love the show!

For everyone: me and my friends all want to know what is up with your guys way of generating stats for characters? I find it interesting that you guys roll 5d6 and drop the lowest while I have always only rolled 4d6 and dropped the lowest. It is also interesting to hear you guys talk about how crazy it is to have 1 negative stat with the rest positive while most of the characters me and my friends make generally have 2 or 3 negative stats. For anyone: What are your thoughts on a subclass whose negative modifiers becomes a positive? I've been throwing around the idea of making a set of subclasses where, for example, a wizard with a negative con score gets to add additional damage to his spells, or a barbarian thats so dumb he gets bonus weapon damage. Basically it would work like you're subtracting a negative to make a positive! It just felt like a really rules crunchy way to get characters into rollplaying the "bad" parts of their character as well and rewarding them for it. Your thoughts?
