She’s an NPC, so she doesn’t really have a “level” like PCs do! Her stat block is the Archdruid statblock, modified to be more similar to Circle of the Moon, which would make her roughly equivalent to a 17th level caster but with some variation in abilities

Conjure woodland beings says “you summon fey creatures... choose one of the following.... eight fey creatures challenge rating 1/4 or lower.” Pixies are CR 1/4 so she did this correctly. It’s also their show and they don’t need validation for what they do.... but this was a badass moment and Emily should be praised and not critiqued
