Onyx’s item at the beginning is so busted so is the time daggers but A limitation on the shield item I would put it as you can use it equal to your charisma modifier per day or turn it into a bonus action. So it’s still really good but not infinite + 5 to ac. Compared to jens only getting a +2. I don’t know if this item was addressed in a the future but it does seem too good
