I know I'm so late but yes B12 vitamins make me feel better because I literally have neck arthritis which affects my nerves. Pee being yellow is because the excess vitamin is water soluble. I sound like "oh! vitamins cure you" people but my painkiller does come with both vitamin c and b12 and stuff so taking it normally actually makes me feel better.

I listened to this episode as I was walking along the Monongahela River in downtown Pittsburgh. I was really excited to hear such a great pitch for our city. If I can offer one more point to try and tip the scale: As a direct result of listening to NADDPod, I was inspired to make an open offer on /r/pittsburgh to DM sample games of D&D to people who wanted to try it for the first time. I received dozens and dozens of responses, and I'm working through over fifty people who otherwise felt like the game was too intimidating to try. NADDPod has led to a lot of people rolling some dice for the first time, but Pittsburgh may be the only place with an Excel spreadsheet proving it.
