It's based off the first four books of one of my favourite book series, The Last Apprentice, and to be honest, I feel like the movie is probably better if you haven't read any of it. The movie had most of the details wrong and it was kind of hard to watch, but Jeff Bridges and Julianne Moore are in it. I never tried to go back and watch it again. But, again, I want to hear how fresh eyes feel about it if you have no expectations.
