Too much player on player conflict, I ended up having to change my character, because I couldn’t justify being in a party with a rich slave owning rogue who stole from him. I was a paladin/sorcerer and we got a holy avenger and rogue took it, and said after a session of having the sword that he wanted to take a level of paladin, this would’ve been fine by me it would be nice to have another healer, but he had never role-played any reason for him to want that. It was just so He could the sword that was clearly meant for my character. The dm talked to him and my character got the sword in but I couldn’t really role-play him liking him after that. Now I play a bard/warlock with a sentient sword, Who is more morally Grey and less materialistic. Hopefully this will work out but I do miss my old character. Sorry for going off, thanks for give me a place to vent.
