Another DnD stream I follow had a "villain" guest for an episode. The PCs didn't know it, but the guest essentially tried to lure them into a trap, while appearing friendly and helpful. Then the next episode, the trap was sprung. So, not everyone has to be a friend of the party.

A tattoo that I would love to see would be the Humor patch. Maybe the Design would be like the Comedy Theatre Mask inside the merit badge patch. Mixes not only Naddpod humor but the crews careers in comedy throughout their entire lives. A D20 with a 2 on it and "Crew" under it would be cool.
