Details of Diverging Paths in WDR

Hi guys,

Today, I wanted to talk about the different paths in WDR. As you have noticed, it's not the usual "one-click" route that I have made in previous games. My current plan for the influencer system is to have at least 2 main routes.

Currently, the two routes are Lee's Route and Katie's route. You will see Wifey's personality consolidate similarly to these characters. Much like in real life, friends will pick up some habits and traits from each other, and wear similar clothing. The changes that you will see in the beginning are not permanent, and can be discarded. Think of someone going to high school and going through "phases". Eventually, the changes will be permanent, and the route will be locked in. This is where the affinity points come in. Some of these changes will be an inherent part of Wifey's personality if her affinity has grown strong enough with some influencers. For her to be locked into a route, she will have to hit a threshold of affinity points, and the player will be able to confirm the route selection.

For Lee's route, she will be more of an elegant office girl, glasses included! Of course, she won't mind putting on classy lingerie, stockings, thigh highs when her self confidence has grown. Wifey will also cultivate her polite and submissive side, and may indulge in BDSM with the PC.

For Katie's route, Wifey will dress more liberally, get piercings, and even tattoos! She will have a young, urban and energetic vibe. Once she has more confidence, she will be more outgoing and flirtatious, and take the PC on diverse intimate encounters.

I have some plans for a third route, which will come into play later in the game. This route will be voted on by the "Big Shot Voters", and will be an ongoing poll until the route is implemented.

The following are the plans for those who enjoy NTR and sharing:

As some of you may have noticed, Mr. Davis becomes an influencer as the story progresses on the NTR side. Each main route will have an accompanying NTR influencer that the player cannot remove. For Katie, the NTR influencer is... (you guessed it) Jamal. You will see more of this content in October.

For those who do not like NTR, but do enjoy sharing, you will have less scenes available to you, but the game will progress in a way that gives you control over who Wifey sees. It will be practically the same renders with some specially done for sharing only, but the biggest difference will be the dialogue.
