Changes to Patron tiers

I realized the 10$ tier didn't make much sense so I adjusted it.
10$ patrons will now get the newest update at the end of every month, usually 2 weeks after the 15$ tier.
The 15$ tier will be able to get the newest update in the middle of every month (around the 15th)
Sugar Baby Galore 0.2 is just around the corner! I have made over 200 new renders since version 0.1! Stay tuned!
