I’m so late commenting this, but Garrett, you do not need to know how to fix the water heater. My husbands trick is to just have a friend who does know how to fix the water heater. 😆 My husband has a tile friend, A/C friend, plumber, etc. He goes to sports games with them throughout the year, but they’re always willing to help and it is definitely beneficial.

Our ac is blowing hot air and I'm so mad. Our home owners policy covers it for being fixed or replaced, but they are taking forever to get someone to come out. So, I feel for you work the hot water. Hugs!!!

I know you said that you thought about not covering this one, but I’m glad you did. I do think it’s important for us to somewhat comprehend how serious these mental illnesses can be, and how dark people can get. As long as there are trigger warnings, I think you’re good!
