Garret, after yrs of stomach issues until I knew what was causing it, I found relief by taking apple cider vinegar pills (yes it comes in pill form) and activated charcoal pills until I was diagnosed... could be so many things causing the pain.. however taking those helped ease some of the worst discomfort!
