Garrett, are you going to sign up for this?? 😂 https://www.facebook.com/353261785079313/posts/pfbid0hyVADNDBXqfwJGZSzdp3d56VhWatchvjQaKv3bobSTduw4SRo8QKHatUNEmkuENrl/?d=n

You Should really stop saying the sources for the episode at the beginning just put it in the notes or at the end, it often ruins the story and I know I’ve seen a bunch of other people mention this……

I have lived in Tampa/Pinellas my entire life and Nebraska Ave. has always been an off limits area because of this case until just a few years ago as urban development is making its change and it’s become much safer. Lisa is still a huge inspiration for the area and working for the women!! Also that Krispy Kreme is the only one left in north Pinellas/west Tampa and it still looks the same. Thank you for doing this case!

Listening to this episode was interesting being in the Tampa area, another pod i listen to one of the hosts was remote in Safety Harbor last week and it through me off

This doesn’t really have to do with this case in particular but my fiancé’s 12 year old niece lives with us. She is so innocent when it comes to how evil people are in the world. I often have to tell her that we aren’t being strict by not letting her go outside alone or ride her bike around in the neighborhood with friends without an adult. Listening to y’all’s podcast and other true crime podcast have made me become more safe as a person and as a parent.

ilysm Payton ❤️❤️❤️ im from tampa and i think its really observant of you to notice the victims were either moving away from tampa or new to town, maybe most of the victims were from an area of town nicknamed “suitcase city” bc everyone there was either comin or going, never here for too long. (idk if you mention this, i paused to comment) ❤️ again… ILY!!! thank you for being a kind, considerate, warm and empathetic human being ❤️

This is a weird thing to say but this might be my favorite episode you guys have done. As terrifying and horrible as this case was, it brought awareness to a group of women who suffered and were probably forgotten to the public while this disgusting person lived on. You also brought up how important it is to be safe, I always think of the worst thing that could happen and although it’s not how I want to live my life it does help you be prepared and safe above all. I’m happy to hear my contribution to your patreon might go towards a place of support for victims whose families are still holding on for justice or news of their loved ones. Keep it up, I hope others follow and focus more on the victims.

Did I cry because you cry? Maybe lol Thank you for remembering the victims. Y’all truly do amazing work and I’ve been a true crime fan for a long time but somehow you always have a story I haven’t heard ❤️❤️

I can never handle it when you choke up!!! Caught me so off guard but luckily I had my Kleenex near by. Also LOVE Mile High podcast!!

Your tearing up sent me Pay 😭

I love the fact you focus on the victims and the way you tell the story shows how much you care ❤️

its so nice to see how much compassion & empathy you have Payton. Never apologise for showing that! 💗

To hear you break down is so raw and REAL. exactly why I love you and yalls podcast!!
