Good job Peyton ! You explained first & second degree murder perfectly. As a police officer it is easiest for me to remember the difference by remembering 2nd degree for the β2nd loverβ so this is a murder based on passion or heat of the moment like catching your spouse cheating, freaking out, and reacting with anger. Where as first is thought about for an extensive amount of time.
