I’m from the UK and just for info - Wayne Couzens wasn’t impersonating a police officer, he was a police officer. This caused outrage in the UK because who are you meant to feel safe around if you can’t trust police officers??

As a female from the UK, this case hit deep with me. It affected me mentally! I didn’t know who I could trust anymore and unless it was for work, I didn’t leave my house. Women were shook and it became such a huge movement! I’m from the East Midlands of the UK and although crime isn’t shy here, it’s still a scary place to be! Thank you for covering this case and bringing a big shining light to something so huge. Also, some of your pronunciations are hilarious! Bakewell Tarts originated in the county I am from, Derbyshire (that’s my claim to fame in this episode). I’m sad because I’ll be over in the US at the end of this month, but I’ll be in Florida!
