Can you imagine how many people might sign-up for Patreon just to get a lower price on tickets for the live and then cancel Patreon after it’s done? That’s not the best business decision. Sepsis takes a while to set in. It could be possible that he left after being badly beaten by someone. Then finally succumb to his injuries. Maybe sepsis causes delusions near the end. Especially if he was already running from someone. As for the pants down... I hate to say this but if he has sepsis in the abdomen... he might have thought he needed to take his pants off immediately for... reasons.... and ended up dying right there. Also, maybe he was SA before he left.
