You can buy this area as a part of your house/mansion.
You can then throw parties which will attract high level models. Bigger the party, more people will come, more potential recruits. While in this super short video only girls are present, there will also be male models for you to recruit.

I check in again every month (about 2-3 months) and nothing has changed. Now is the end of july and what happened? nothing, wow the last update is from March and 4 months nothing great performance. Rip off the finest.
