This is the last "big" thing along with new UI and playable female char for the upcoming update. All costumes are in the game and positioned. It's only minor things now, like for example changing the nurse outfit when going to sex scene and similar stuff.
WHEN?
It's pretty much down to fixing clipping with new outfits, colors&positions for the UI and other inconsistencies female character brought. Soon, as always :)

Might be worth looking each the current outfits through, there some that keep cloth on during sex in V0.72 think red dress is one them but also few others have problems with cloth staying on during sex.
