Today, 30 days after the coronary, my throat bled.
My throat has recovered about 30% of singing voice (including back and head voice) and about 70% of speaking voice (mainly chest voice in my case).
I was caught off guard because I had a sudden slight fever and headache until yesterday, and I was only coughing occasionally.
My hearing continues to be unstable in terms of left-right balance, but I continue to increase my daily load of water intake and anaerobic + aerobic training as a countermeasure.
