Abnormality of hearing. It is like sudden hearing loss or Ménière's disease. At random times on the left and right sides of my head, I cannot hear a specific band, or I cannot hear at all.
Throat abnormality. Singing voice is lost. It is also difficult to speak, but only exhalation is possible in falsetto or head voice area.
In the past, no matter how bad my cold was, I could recover my singing voice by doing lip rolls, but this time, no matter what I do, I have no voice at all. It is different.
I can't even hum, so I can no longer do the first stage of composing, voice memos.
Outside of work, I have resumed mild to moderate exercise. but my breathing is shallow and I almost fall over with dizziness with moderate exercise and nausea with heavy exercise.
We will face these challenges by sharing information, changing attitudes, and taking action.
