Vintage scales

As promised in the morning post, here comes my first piece of build/buy mode CC!

It's a conversion of a mesh found on the sketchfab page, originally by a creator named Gonya. You can find it HERE. Obviously, 99% of the credit goes to that person. My own input is minimal; the OG mesh was even low poly from the start, so there was no need for any adjustments. A perfect piece for beginners!

But I did add slots to the scales, so that you could put some products on them, and added some new swatches. Altogether there are 5:

(I also learned that there are no slots for huge objects on kitchen counters, even though they are there on islands and tables, even the small ones, and I'm just like... WHY? What's the logic behind it? Why can't I put a small TV on a kitchen counter?)

Also, the original creator called it USSR scales and someone in the comments even wrote it reminds him of early 2000s marketplaces, but I think they can also work for waaaay earlier eras. I got similar results when googling 1900s scales (keyword: Dayton). Obviously those ones aren't that shiny and pretty, but it's not like the belle epoque was always all that belle, right?

Hope you'll find some use for them in you games! My own shops for sure will keep using them until 1990s :D.

Tysm for the kind words! I know I've been inactive for some time - the Christmas/New Year break took its toll - but I can assure you there's more CC coming soon :). Actually, I have 2 outfits almost finished - I wanted to release them as a pack of 4, but probably will have to split it, as the other 2 might still take some time... And yes, when my simstory enters a new decade (which shouldn't take much longer; I think I'm around 1897 right now) so will my stuff. I can't wait for it tbh - making stuff with normal-sized sleeves should be much easier ;). I hope one day I'll make it to the later decades as well!

I just wanted to say, I'm loving your stuff,! Do you think you'll be making more and possible early 1900's to the 1930's outfits any time soon?
