Greetings, everyone!

As mentioned last week, I had just caught the flu at the time, having a high fever and generally being unable to do much of use. With the flu being the flu, I took this week to recover, which means I have done next to no work since the last time I wrote. This is clearly not ideal, and I absolutely detest making so little progress when you people so generously support my work. You deserve better, and yet, there is little I can do when I catch a disease.

In any case, except for some of the classic respiratory stuff that still lingers, I'm feeling much better now and ready to resume my work on Supermodel.

My current focus remains on the sprites. The very little work I did this week was in setting up lights and cameras for future sprite work, and the results are auspicious indeed. I have yet to put them into the game alongside backgrounds, but I'm optimistic. Once I finish the sprites, I intend to build two more environments needed for this chapter before moving on and implementing it. This chapter is a prime candidate for a vertical slice of gameplay that demonstrates everything all at once: graphics, gameplay, sound, music, sprites, environments, and so on.

So, not much else to say this time, then. I'd better not catch a cold after having suffered through both covid and the flu in short progression...
