The Promethean Society is run by Dr Brier Lanchester, it's a secret society full of mad scientists.

2021-02-26 10:04:16 +0000 UTCCan I just say, you know that first mad scientist? They remind me a lot of your Cuphead OC, Tuili. Because of plants and the fact the scientist looks like they’re on the high stuff (just like Tuili).
