It's a bit of a twisted and secret branch of the Royal Society, where they experiment with more 'unorthodox' means.
Her education history is unknown and nobody really recalls exactly how she rose to power, but she is very well respected amongst her peers (partially because of her intellect and partially because she just,,, has ways of getting people on her side). She's quite a micromanager.
She's a big fan of sweets, debating and she believes the prime goal of humanity is to obtain control over its surroundings. Her favourite part of the body is the venous system.
