Hello loyal Patreons,

It's time once again for a big WIP breakdown of what has been going on. We've been in a little bit of a quiet period these last few weeks while I resolve my need to move house suddenly & deal with the various consequences of that. Well I'm pleased to announce that I have pretty much everything sorted now. My issues with the electric company have been resolved, my prescriptions refilled, accounts balanced & I think it's about time we get back to our regular schedule. My day job is going to get a bit busier these next few weeks, but then drop right off again so we should have plenty of time to get things done. But get what done exactly?



The first thing I'd like to go over in regards to the KH content is that the new v7 editions of all the girls are now fully working (apart from Heartlette who is getting her own overhaul). The jump from v6 to v7 has included a number of big changes since it is essentially a ground up re-build of the entire blender side of the model so I just wanted to share some details of the new animation models and why they'll all be looking much better in future productions.

The most important thing was correctly installing the Daz to Blender tool I use which it seems had been slightly broken this whole time, resulting in some annoying faults in the models, the biggest of which was the deletion of the bone limiters which restrict the distance their face bones can move. Since of lot of the facial controls are built on the understanding the bones will stop themselves are a certain point, removing them actually distorts a lot of the facial controls quite a lot so with these limits back in place all facial animation is going to look much better.

There was also a soft lock applied to the number of animation controls I could apply to their armatures which is now lifted so I can include all the ones I want to use:

They now have the bend adjuster, tounge control, four shared facial expression packs on each girl, one unique expression pack included on at most 2 girls, a much more advanced system for opening their genitalia than before & a few simple controls to move their ass cheeks that will automatically follow on any outfits by default. This means a wider suite of controls to work with, specifically geared towards the kind of 'work' I'll be doing.

I have re-built the eyes closed control for each girl to make sure their eyes all close cleanly, with no cornea clipping & the eyelids meeting cleanly in the middle. Also this effect cleanly replicated on the eyelashes so they move correctly as well. Or at least end up in the correct position:


I have re-designed each girl's pussy again. Some of them I didn't do a good enough job the first time. Some of them weren't too different from the default shape & as such looked very similar to each other. I didn't expect any of you to get upset that the girl's vagine aren't distinctly different looking enough, but it upset me so I made sure that they are all different:


I have introduced some new elements to the base models too. They now all have the mesh around their breasts and their asses replaced with a higher resolution mesh. Here are a couple of comparison pics:


Each square represents 4 points I can move to distort the mesh, one for each corner. If you imagine the corners to would need to represent the shape of a hand squeezing the cheek you can see that shape just isn't possible on the original mesh, the squares are just too big. You can raise the resolution of the whole model, but this impacts performance. Considerably. But by installing these grafts on just the areas I need to be high res I can find the balance between performance and function. Here is a look at the same thing with the boobs:


What's most important here is how much higher the count is around her nipples. And I am using nipple shapes specifically designed for this boob graft that takes full advantage of the additional vertexes. And each girl's flat & erect nipple shapes are unique too. 

I also get much better deformations when her boob bones move. And speaking of boob bones this graft comes with it's own additional set of 3 bones to control them with. Previously I was segmenting the base models one boob bones into 4 & then re-weight painting the 3 new ones myself. And I did a pretty piss poor job of it in most cases. It took ages, I hated doing it over & over again & I definitely phoned one or two of them in. Having them automatically installed & already weight painted by someone who knows what they are doing is a godsend! Here is a picture of the new bones that probably wont make any sense:


And the final big difference is that with the fixed Daz importer I can now use the animation rig that comes with it, which is called MHX rather than the rig that comes with Blender which is called Rigify: 


This is really important because it automatically aligns the knee control bones when you turn it on & this was one thing I could never solve before. More than a few of them had bad deformations at extreme knee bends in the previous version but this is now fixed in every case. Further more the MHX comes with some specific adjustment controls for fingers and toes that let me move all 3 joints of each at once. And also some controls for breast bones that will automatically replicate on all clothes by default without me needing to do anything.

And I think that's about it for significant changes to the KH models now we have Version 7s up and running. You'll be able to see for yourselves how good these models perform when the Aqua animation finishes rendering, but you can see the test render here for an idea of what to expect:

This will be the first outing for the new models & I think you'll agree that she can do things she was never able to do before. I have been holding fire on continuing her render while I get the issues with my electric company sorted out so I didn't accidentally end up spending hundreds of pounds not being under contract for my electricity. But now that issue has been solved rendering will probably resume tonight.

The next animation will be finishing part 2 of the Namine x Riku BJ video. This will be the part where Riku starts to get a little bit rougher with her & we start to get some spit & slobber in play.

Then once Part 2 has got going I'll start the next Patreon request, which will be about sexy footage of the girls working out & then lezzing off in the shower afterwards for @keybreaker13

Then it'll finally be time to start the LONG OVERDUE Overwatch animation:

I've got my Blender Mei ready. I'm going to AI clone her voice so it'll sound great. I was going to start her once the BJ & gym videos were done but the BordeauxBlack casting has altered the priorities once again & Mei gets pushed back again. Will I ever get it made? I know I say every year this is the year I finally get it done, but it stands a really good chance of being true this year. All the KH models are essentially done, I have a clear number of animations to finish before I get started, the Blender Mei is working and I've pretty much run out of obstacles. I'm really itching to get back to making bigger, longer animations & I finally think my Belnder-Jutsu is strong enough that I can tackle it. Just got to get the next 3 KH ones done properly first.


So this is another one that keeps nearly being done but then something else goes wrong that I have to fix. I actually made some really good progress on her in January but then the whole eviction saga really broke my momentum. Where we are right now is looking pretty good though. I've manged to take all 8 promo pictures (having fixed every issue I found while posing them) & they are now all on the big computer waiting for me to light them properly. That'll actually be a fairly easy job since they are all in the same relative place on the map & facing the same way so should just be able to copy 7 paste the lights throughout each scene:


I do still need to make bigger pics for the Splatoon skin & the Punk Rock skin but I have at least started those.

And by far the biggest thing left to do for is write up the instructions for her SFMlab page. That'll take some doing because she is packed full of stuff. But other than that I think, I really really think that she works now & I should be able to release her once I've done those last few jobs.


Eldar Narn has gotten kicked right to the bottom of the priorities list for about 6 months now sadly. While the KH model rebuilding has been going on I just haven't had the time to give it that attention it deserves. And to be fair I really need to fish Medli before I start allocating time to anything else right now, but the base scene for Chapter 7 is built & I'm ready to start once I've cleared a few of the other jobs that have been building up on the docket.
