My next (two) videos?!

HI HELLO HEY! i'm actually so excited to be making this post. I know what I'm doing next now! and i know what i'm doing after that! god i love having purpose

so here's the thing, I DID plan to make a video on CEC history, and I am still going to do that, don't worry. I was into the research phase, which is basically me sitting and listening to every showtape and then reading a bunch about the history and the weird features they dont have anymore and etc etc, and only after that could i actually start writing the script. But i really wanted to just Write, and it was making me a little antsy honestly lol

the last few weeks I've been really into lethal company (if you've seen any of my streams lately you'll know that lol), and me and packtion got into a conversation about it yesterday. there's this term i've been using to describe a certain niche genre of media, called corporatecore (think severance, the stanley parable, portal, etc) and we started discussing if lethal company counts as corporatecore. honestly i'm still not fully decided at the time of writing lol BUT packtion gave me the idea to like, explore this concept in a video. not only is corporatecore a term i've lowkey wanted to popularize, but lethal company is, like, super in right now, and trendy and stuff, and as a very topical youtuber it feels like the perfect time to make a video (tangentially) about it!

this will be a much shorter video than my RAE one was and my CEC video will probably be, likely around the 30 minute mark. the best news is, a lot of the script is going to be me recounting media i already like that i think is corporatecore so this means i can just jump right into scriptwriting and mostly skip the research portion! (save for like, revisiting some media for a little to write better about it)

speaking of the script, i'm excited to finally be able to share script portions with you :] i've written well into my first example section too, but i wanted to share the script for the intro with yall! thank you all again for being so patient with me while i get myself sorted lol. i'm so excited to get this video out and then get on the CEC one! both are gonna be bangers i promise B]
