Update Delay
Added 2023-10-02 12:43:45 +0000 UTCSlightly delayed update this month because I got hit with a nasty seasonal cold over the weekend. Happily it's not Covid (or at least, it's not showing up on tests as Covid) and seems to be on the way out now so I should be good again in the next couple of days.

Very true! Been there, done that. Turns out this isn't a cold it's actually flu which I could also do without but oh well, tis the season for it.
