A small sketch gift for Stoker of his character Penny dressed up as a cute witch for Spooktober. Unfortunately, as with most Halloween costumes, they never seem to come with pants.

I think Penny was wise enough. Because many people this year will dress like Pennywise, and Penny will look much more original!))
