Bette Machete x Bushkill Park - New Photo

I really wanted to use this one for print, but chose ‘Mirror, Mirror’ instead because I felt that one was more unique. Next week, I will upload the last of the 5 photos. Once all 5 have been shared, I will upload more BTS for Bad Witch tier members. After that, it’s time to get back into some Trixy Treats work!
My favorite part of the funhouse at Bushkill Park was the room with all of the mirrors. Shooting with funhouse mirrors has been a goal of mine for years. The mirror idea was originally for Trixy, but after creating Bette, this seemed like a better fit for her. The room couldn’t have been more perfect. I have many more photos that we took in this room that I may dive into at a later date, but for now, I will leave you with this.
Back in October when I introduced Bette to the world, I wrote about this room and how the lighting wouldn’t work properly once we set up. Sue Klein had lights set up for the funhouse that worked perfectly fine. It wasn’t until we began shooting that ours suddenly began to flicker. The location is said to be haunted, and after shooting there and exploring that room on my own, I would have to agree that it is. Brendan took a video of the flickering lights while we were shooting, and if you’re interested in seeing for yourself, It’s available to all Bad Witch tier members. As I’ve said many times, and will continue to say I’m sure, this shoot was a dream come true. I can’t wait to see what incredible haunted places I explore this upcoming Halloween season. Stay tuned!
