We see action figures, books, research papers, handcuffs, weights, posters of his idols, and even a first aid kid. It shows his dichotomy as a hero and teen. Ray has lots of books, the medical kit (though I am sure it belongs to Liz and she probably uses it more on Ray rather than him using it, probably forgot to pick it up after the last time he was treated) , and research paper to show his training and work as Blaze. His posters and action figures show that Ray is still a teenager who needs to unwind every once in a while to deal with the stress of superhero life. And now we have Ray and Ally having a heart to heart about Blaze. Ally seems disappointed at Ray, more because he kept a secret from her than him being a vigilante. In a way, it's kind of a conundrum. You can't share that kind of secret easily without endangering others. I was happy when Ally told Ray that she was sticking with him because he was her friend for a year, even if she's feeling confused over the whole Blaze thing. Whether her feelings for Ray are platonic or romantic, you can see that they are strong. Finally, the last panels with Liz and Rose got me laughing. While Ray is technically at an age where he can get laid by now, the house belongs to Liz and she raised him like her child all of his life so she has a bit of trouble accepting the idea of her little brother alone with a girl on his room despite being close friends with Ally. Likewise, I love how Rose is just spying on Ray by trying to find out more about his love life. It's very funny and yet also endearing.
