It hasn't even been 3 months for them. It's more like one. Jason's team is at the very start of silver, with Humphrey a little ahead because of the human xp advantage. Belinda was a little behind but caught up because, again, human advantage. Jason has hit the grindwall, which means he's silver 4 across the board.

I assume they have been silver a much shorter time, maybe 3-6 months. Is that right, Shirt? It's hard to get a feel for the exact times in the interlude chapters.

I get that his aura is strong and he is wealthier than most, but will all of his peers have hit the silver rank walll as he did? It's kind of surprising if they did.
