Ahem.
I have managed to write a smaller chapter than 12-1. I have not reached 60K (don't tell me how close I was to reach it, that's not good for my ego).
Otherwise, I am really satisfied with what I did with it...along with the chapter's name I decided for 12-3. Don't thank me for revealing it, I insist.
I will confirm 12-2 is completely done and is now in the hands of the betas.
There will be two more chapters for the Tyranny Arc (logically, 12-3 and 12-4) and then we will enter a big arc with Taylor returning to Nyx. I may try something new once we reach that point (which hopefully will be this year). We will see.
Ah, and yes, last point: I'm taking a few days to rest; afterwards the next story which will be written will be The odds were never in my favour. The monthly update is not ready; time to change that.

I agree any Horus Heresy veteran knew the dark angels well with them going on a planet killing spree with a few planets getting blown up (Lion ran out of cyclonic torpedo's xd). I did love the acknowledgment that the DA is a legion in all but name and has been since the Heresy with them "summoning" there "successors".

This is coming kinda out of nowhere Also yay for Leman and Callista, I can ship it Glad to see Psiamtic made it and that the Emperor can chat with his best buddy Malcador Kudos to Ahriman tbh Terra looking real interesting. A fight between Taylor's forces and a Battlefleet when Taylor has the Mechanicus on her side? That'll be a show. Very much liking your Miranda, even ignoring that Mass Effect is my fav game :D
