The Storm before the Apocalypse
Added 2020-01-02 16:54:48 +0000 UTCIt took me most of the day, but the chapter Shadowpoint 7-2 is properly beta-ed and corrected now. It stands officially at 27 000 words...which means that given the previous chapter and the other writing commitments, I have written over 60000 words this December on the Weaver Option...(shocked gasp).
For the record, next story to be published will likely be the Dance is not Over by Sunday...after that we will see.
Happy New Year to everyone! Hope you will have twelve pleasant months, and good health...

Yes. Unfortunately, managing to hold on Commorragh is way more difficult than just crushing the opposition...

2020-01-09 07:55:28 +0000 UTCIt be far more amazing if they keep Commoragh and make use of it many web way portals too connect the galaxy spanning empire.

2020-01-08 23:37:52 +0000 UTCYes, I agree it would be incredibly funny. However, I can confirm without great risks of spoilers it is not going to happen like that.

2020-01-05 09:37:42 +0000 UTCI don’t know why but I just keep thinking how freaking funny it’d be if Taylor got this entire raid and all objectives set before her done and wrapped up and just after her last ship leaves, with Commoragh burning in ruins behind her, through the portal. The salamanders show up ready to fight only to be presented with a utterly ruined Dark City and left to wonder what the hell was going on

2020-01-04 14:36:54 +0000 UTCYes, Sliscus one way or another was far too dangerous to be left alive...

2020-01-03 07:54:35 +0000 UTCLet's just say Slaanesh would have tried to intervene more...directly immediately. Very directly. But the Shadowpoint didn't immediately end with the duel. The meeting between Taylor and Neferten was also included in it, as was the aquisition of the keys for the Eversprings Gate...

2020-01-03 07:54:09 +0000 UTCSliscus made a good point, Slaanesh was likely to use his likeness and memories as well as skills to attack Weaver and her allies, furthermore Sliscus was and is to dangerous to let others make use of him + throwing this tool to the wayside is going to remove one more threat to Humanity and piss Chaos off.

2020-01-03 00:37:37 +0000 UTCIt didn't course the Shadowpoint, in fact the Shadowpoint likely enabled Sliscus to attack and annihilate the Chaos fleets that waited to enter the Pavia system piece by piece.
