Assuming they are still fighting at this point, and not pouring in resources when the North sends the first images back of the Others assault. self-immolation technology is going to be popular. Or perhaps nano-tech to dis-assemble a person upon death.

2019-10-04 21:05:42 +0000 UTCI expect the Reach and Tywin will chop themselves up pretty thoroughly. If both fleets are gutted, Tywin will not be able to take out the Highgarden shipyards. However, the Reach will have to wait until its next wave of Ships of the Line leave the building yards before they can try to push the Lannisters, or the Dornish, or Stannis out of their territories.

2019-10-04 16:38:57 +0000 UTCWell, that would explain some things. I'd discarded the idea of a double due to Jaecarys not looking like aegon, but didn't consider the Gene-edits at all. Interesting twist. Would also explain how the Reach pulled out somewhat intact, Willas/Jaecarys combo is likely to be incredibly competent. And finally the assault on the wall starts. I just wish it wasn't at the same time we're seeing the Kings Landing aftermath. I feels like things are to condensed.

Although maybe his obnoxious behavior was an attempt to maintain the masquerade. Very much looking forward to seeing where this goes.
