It's autumn; Jarlaxle is the autumn villain for WDH; what better time to portrait out his many disguises/alter egos then now?

Zardoz, JB, Erystian, Rongquan, and Laeral. Each with:

A full-color portrait
A ready-to-use VTT pog
A top-down token

While we are here, I'll toss in the various references and hidden meanings (some new ones I came across while researching these characters):

JB Nevercott - this one is pretty straightforward - Jarlaxle Baenre Never Caught
Zardoz Zord - is a reference on an obscure 1974 film Zardoz starring Sean Connery (who wears the same outfit)
Ronquan Mystere - possibly "Wrong One Mister," Jarlaxle having fun with keeping his identity secret
and I think I noted it on the map post itself, but his ship, the Scarlet Marpenoth is a reference to another Sean Connery movie The Hunt for Red October (scarlet = red; marpenoth = October)
final one that's speculated at on reddit is Erystian Demarne - possibly "arrest the man", or "demarne" is an anagram for "renamed"
