I wanna begin by doing a poll exclusively focusing on Western cartoon girls, as opposed to just doing more anime girls. Though all of these are from American cartoons, except Caitlyn, who is probably only familiar to Canadians like myself. Maybe one month I'll do a poll just for Canuck cartoon babes, haha.
So yeah, vote away! The winning girl will get put into strict bondage this month! These are all girls I've neglected to draw, but am very very excited to finally give one of them the Geknebelt treatment that she deserves ;)
