The Crown of Skullport...except the crown is kind of dusty, broken, and destitute looking.
Up to the top of the town and further finding creative ways to make this make work within Dungeondraft. Oh, and I got to draw I giant purple worm carcass (using a new drawing tablet) which was fantastic!
Notes/Discrepancies:
Stairs in area 24 on upper level was moved north by about 20 ft to get it to line up with the levels below - based on my interpretation of how other stairs between levels are drawn and how levels stack on top of each other (lining up other features like stalagtites/mites and the natural shelf), they don't line up when drawn as shown in the source book - pretty harmless move and probably works better for some Foundry modules to have them stacked vertically.
Upper level – just to clarify and confirm – the two halves aren't connected. Note that on my WEST map the east wall is just slightly west of where it's supposed to be (less than 5ft off the book) - I initially misaligned the upper level by 10 ft and just barely made this work without remapping 2 levels...so I'll take that as a win.
Regarding the natural shelf ledge on the west map – the wooden walkways wouldn't/shouldn't be necessary here as it’s a rocky ground floor – I considered removing them, but they were shown in the source map so I decided to go as shown.
The spider (area 36) - is missing from the image shown above and you won't find it in the "Level 3" map - don't worry, it's in a separate roof's layer as the description reads that it "looms above the rest of Skullport", so I didn't want to embed it in the buildings/roofs of Level 3. I chose to make it look like it was carved from the same stone as the walls/stalactites. I did NOT include any ladders/ropes to access - I'll leave that to DM's as to how they want to make their players get up there.
The worm (area 35) - nothing special to note about it except that it's special...I'm pretty excited about mapping a giant worm carcass restaurant!
Files. I have included both Background "_BG_" and Transparent "_TP_" versions of each map; with this upper level, different than normal: background means it has the rock fill (which blocks the tunnels from view below), transparent means it is just things on level 3 - no ground below. For the Roll20 versions, this means the background version is a jpg while the transparent version is a png (jpgs don't support transparency); Foundry are both dd2vtt files.
The zip files below have the Skullport Upper Level and Roofs levels as well as a GM overlay for each map. Roll20Free is a .jpg < 5MB, Roll20Paid is a .jpg < 10MB, while Foundry formats are dd2vtt files. Roll20 maps are at 70 and 140 px per grid cell respectively and the Foundry files are 100px (this also holds true for the transparent images). I had to split to Foundry zip into 2 to stay below my 200mb attachment limit.
