This is my interpretation of the Zhentarim Hideout from the module Waterdeep Dragon Heist.
Zhentarim Hideout. A ramshackle warehouse used as a hideout by the Black Network. This two story building is built into the hillside with ground level entrances to both the front offices and the warehouse level.
