That's indeed very weird because usually is not a person but a company of some sort that "owns" the music, this one's called: Materia Music Publishing, they're the ones who want to get their pockets filled with Toby's music .____. (All this according tot he claims I get, also my latest Undertale vid received a TON of claims, tried disputing but this Materia guys don't give up even a cent)
