AOT Rays Of Heaven Chapter 13 : Fire Soilders

Things were going smoothly until Sokka and others started to feel that Aang being in that village would bring trouble to them.

I haven't seen Avatar for god's know how long but even I can say that assumption is correct.

So when the bald avatar went away, I had a premonition that he would be returning sooner or later, the reason being that if he didn't come back then how the hell would Sokka and Katara go on a journey with him?

Anyway, I'm just gonna wait here until he comes back and the fight starts.

And that exactly happen, well before Aang came a big ass ship arrived.

From the ship came out the fire soldiers. This was the first time I saw Fire bending or any kind of bending to be exact and I honestly have to say.

"That's Cool,"

As soon as I said this, a man with burns on his left eye looked at me. There was a surprise even in his face but ultimately he didn't do anything.

"Haaaaa," Sokka was the next to rush at the soldiers but...well beat easily.

I looked around, not finding Aang anywhere and sighed, why the police and the hero are always late?

Is this the reason why Marvel chose the name Avengers for its hero team? Because that is all they can do after the deed is done.

Couldn't help but roll my eyes.

"Where is the Avatar," Shouted a man with a burned face. Asking this question itself signifies that he knows that Aang is not among us, most likely.

Avatar is the last airbender and all, this kinda of makes sense.

"Haaaaaaa," Sokka once again stood up and rushed at the man.

I just couldn't help but shake my head.

Well, should I act? I don't think that I am a match for this person with fire bending. But maybe I can do something with my energy.

Once again Sokka was defeated pretty easily but then while I was pondering over the next action, that man took one of the old lady hostages.

That's a di*k move man, taking hostake right in front of my eyes.

"Not so quick," I step up and hold his hand, stopping him in the tracks.

He did say nothing but pulled off some strange martial art and turned my hand and twisted it.

"Ouch that hurts but that was really cool," I said and then put but strength as I started to overpower his grab on me and got out of his hold.

But just when I was about to do something, either attack or retreat back, I saw fire coming to live in that man's hand.

"Oh shit,"

I instantly opened my inventory and took out a fire extinguisher.

I bought it just for safety, who would have thought that I would use it here?

Everyone saw a red big tube in my hand and got confused, before even asking what it that, they were stunned at how that appeared in my hand this quickly.

I with practice movement, I instantly pulled the trigger as the fire was thrown at me.

Both fire and white spray collided.

Even the firebender himself was surprised, let alone others.

But I was getting worried, dude stop already, I will be running out of juice sooner or later.

"Go for it Ray, you can do it," I heard someone shouting while I was internally complaining about why others were not helping.

Good thing that that was the time when Aang finally arrived.

With wind bending, he was able to drive the fire soldiers out and force the fire benders back.

"Come on Ray, we need to get out of here," I saw Katara grabbing my hand and tugging me away.

What.. what why me, I just want to stay here and go back to kill Titans.....
