NARUTO THE UNTOUCHABLE FAIRY TAIL ARC CHAPTER 14 : A SLEEPING SPELL

I slowly walk towards Erza and extended my arms towards her.

"You did good but let's end this fight here," I said.

She looked in pain but was not showing it on her face. This might be not the case if she was wearing her earlier armour but Hevean's wheel armour is more revealing than her normal armour. I was able to directly connect the attack because of that.

She looked at my extended hand and then took it. I help her to stand up.

"Well, I have to say that in this fight, you win fair and square," Erza said that and it was like a bomb went off. People started talking.

"Jeez, thanks. You were not half bad yourself. I say you got a lot of potential, just need to polish your skills a little and you will make it" I said with a smile on my face.

She also smile at this and this might be the first time I saw her smiling.

"I might have lost this time but that does not mean that I will lose to you again. " Erza said.

"I will take your word for that," I said and started walking towards the home.

"Hey Lucy, you coming. We better get something to eat. We did not even have breakfast in the morning to come here early on" I said and at this even Lucy felt hungry.

"Wait for me I am coming" Lucy said and followed me.

Mirajane watch both of us going and suddenly there was a smile on her face. But this was not one of those cute smiles but rather one of that mischievous one.

"Oh my, do these two have something going on," Mira thought to herself.

That day, there was no more exciting thing happening. The only thing exciting was Lucy pouting all day because I did not tell her how strong I really am.

"You should have told me you know" Lucy said and with a huff, she pouted.

"Come on Lucy. Just telling that I am strong is not that convincing now it is. Only when others see me in action that they will truly believe" I said.

"I understand that, but you could have told me at least. I would have believed you" Lucy said.

"Oh but why, Why would you have believed me just like that," I asked narrowing my eyes a little and a little teasing smile coming to my face.

"Because we are friends. And friends are supposed to believe each other" Lucy said still not noticing that she is falling more into the trap.

"Oh, but even friends might not believe you, Lucy. Especially even if its a boasting statement like how strong I am.

So the fact you believed me means that we are more than friends" I asked and got a little close to her.

It was only now that she realizes that I played her. Her face was red now and I just smile.

"No, what I meant is that we are friends and know each other so I will naturally believe you" She tried to salvage the situation.

I had no intention to lead her to do that.

"Oh So we are Friends and close Huh," I said with a smirk on my face.

She became even more flustered at this.

Honestly, she looked pretty cute when she is like this but I will spare her for the time being.

"It's okay Lucy, I am just messing with you," I said and smile.

At this, she started to pout even more. And I laugh at that yet again.

In the next day, everyone was still talking about my and Erza's fight. Everyone was there.

"What, you mean that Jin beat Erza" Natsu shouted.

He was the only one who was not able to see the fight. By the time Erza challenge me, he was already unconscious.

"Jin fights me now," Natsu said.

"I guess you should focus on beating Erza first before challenging me Natsu," I said I did not have any intention to fight him.

Natsu was honestly thinking of challenging Erza again but at this time, a haze started to fall in every member of the guild.

This was a powerful Sleeping spell which someone cast.

I remember this scene from the anime because I honestly found it to be pretty cool. Its Mystogan.

This guy is pretty cool and has a pretty good backstory as well.

Everyone in the guild slowly started to fall asleep. And then one man with his face covered entered the guild.

The only person who was awake at this point was the master, Erza and of course yours truly.

Both Master and Mystogan looked pretty surprised that I did not fall asleep.

"This child is more talented than I thought," Makarov thought to himself.

"I will be taking this mission" Mystogan took a mission from the quest board and show it to the master.

Makarov remove his attention from me and looked towards Mystogan and said. "Lift the sleeping spell before you go".

I look all of this happening. I did not make any more and only stood there but the moment he was about to go out I said.

"I will see you around then," I said and let him go. He also nodded and went out. The moment he went out the spell was lifted and everyone came woke up.

"Oh man, why does he have to do this all the time," Gray said.

Natsu was still sleeping.

"What happened," Lucy asked.

Mirajane ended up explaining to her what really happened here and who is Mystogan.
