Added 2023-05-24 18:20:11 +0000 UTCAs soon as Naruto's match was over the proctor was ready to decide the next match. He completely ignore the noise that Naruto was making after winning and he was not the only one.
"Next Match. Tenten VS Temari" said the Proctor.
"Another match, right from the cannon," thought Akira.
Tenten and Temari faced off in a grand ninja battle, both ready to unleash their skills. The stage was set, and the spectators eagerly awaited the clash of this formidable kunoichi.
As the fight began, Tenten swiftly threw a barrage of kunai and shuriken towards Temari, who skillfully dodged them with her fan. Temari countered with a gust of wind, sending Tenten stumbling back. The crowd roared with excitement, cheering on their favourite fighters.
Tenten determined not to be outdone, summoned her trusty weapon scrolls and unleashed a flurry of weapons. But Temari skillfully spun her fan, creating a gust that deflected the projectiles, sending them flying off in all directions. Tenten's eyes widened in disbelief, and the audience erupted into laughter.
Not one to be discouraged, Tenten quickly adapted her strategy. She used her agility to close the distance between them, launching a rapid series of kicks and punches. However, Temari's fan became a formidable shield, effortlessly blocking Tenten's attacks. With a flick of her wrist, Temari unleashed a gust of wind that sent Tenten tumbling backwards, crashing into a nearby tree. The crowd gasped and then burst into laughter once again.
Meanwhile, the other teams watched the fight intently, unable to contain their amusement. Naruto and his team cheered for Tenten, urging her to get back up and fight. Even Neji, Tenten's teammate, couldn't help but crack a small smile, impressed by Temari's skills.
As Tenten dusted herself off and regained her footing, she grinned mischievously. She swiftly threw a smoke bomb, creating a cloud of smoke that enveloped the area. The audience held their breath, wondering what she had planned.
However, Temari, unfazed by the sudden disappearance of her opponent, extended her fan and released a powerful gust of wind, dispersing the smoke. To her surprise, she found Tenten standing right in front of her, arms crossed, and a sly smile on her face.
Tenten declared, "You may have the wind on your side, but I've got something even better!" She revealed a small handheld fan and waved it dramatically.
The crowd erupted into laughter once again, unable to contain their amusement at Tenten's audacious declaration. Even Temari couldn't help but chuckle.
Realizing the odds were against her, Tenten understood that it will be hard for her to win. This is the worst possible match-up for her but he still did not give up. But the ending was just like in the canon. In the end, Temari won and Tenten was injured badly.
Tenten had to be taken out to the hospital by the medical core and Naruto did not like it at all, In fact just like in the canon he protested.
It did change the outcome though.
The Next match was between Ino and Hinata.
This one surprised Akira. He was wondering who will Ino fight as Sakura is not here and now he already know his answer.
After hearing their name, both Ino and Hinata come to the fighting ground and were ready to start the fight.
Hinata and Ino faced each other on the battlefield, ready to prove their worth as skilled kunoichi. The air crackled with anticipation as the fight commenced, and both fighters assumed their stances.
Ino wasted no time, using her Mind Transfer Jutsu to take control of one of Hinata's shadow clones. She aimed to exploit the clone's strength against Hinata, hoping to catch her off guard. However, Hinata's sharp instincts kicked in, and she swiftly sidestepped the attack, narrowly evading the Mind Transfer Jutsu.
With her Byakugan activated, Hinata focused on Ino's movements, analyzing her opponent's strategy. Ino, undeterred, unleashed a flurry of mind-altering techniques, attempting to confuse Hinata's senses. But Hinata's exceptional control over her chakra allowed her to maintain a clear mind amidst the chaos.
As the battle intensified, Hinata's determination surged. She decided to take the fight to Ino, launching a series of precise strikes. Her gentle fist style allowed her to target Ino's chakra points, disrupting her flow and weakening her attacks.
Ino, not one to back down, used her Mind Body Switch Technique, attempting to take control of Hinata's body. But Hinata's resolve remained unyielding, and she fortified her mental defences, resisting Ino's intrusion.
The fight grew increasingly challenging, with both fighters displaying their prowess and resilience. As Hinata executed a powerful blow, Ino retaliated with her mind-altering abilities, causing Hinata's vision to blur and her movements to falter. Ino seized the opportunity and launched a strong attack.
However, just as it seemed Ino might gain the upper hand, Naruto started cheering for Hinata and suddenly burst into the arena, shouting words of encouragement. "Believe in yourself, Hinata! You can do it!" His unwavering faith ignited a fire within Hinata, infusing her with newfound strength and determination.
Empowered by Naruto's words, Hinata tapped into her hidden potential. Her attacks became faster and more precise, catching Ino off guard. With a flurry of strikes, Hinata unleashed the full extent of her gentle fist technique, overwhelming Ino with a relentless assault.
Unable to withstand Hinata's relentless barrage, Ino's strength waned, and she collapsed, unconscious. The crowd erupted into cheers, celebrating Hinata's hard-fought victory.
As the dust settled, Naruto rushed to Hinata's side, congratulating her on her victory. Hinata blushed, grateful for Naruto's unwavering support and inspiration during the battle.
She wanted to say something to Naruto but could not because the next match was about to start and Naruto was already gone. She was too shy to say it out loud.
"Hmm interesting, another change in the timeline," thought Akira.
