NARUTO GODLY TALENT CHAPTER 33 : DEAL WITH HOKAGE

Finally, it took more than 3 weeks for Akira to complete his preparation, now he was ready to open his shop but before that, he need Hokage's permission.

He is not particularly worried about it as he already has given Hiruzen some pretty good techniques the last time he meets him in his office.

Now the only thing Akira was looking forward to doing was thinking about a really good name for his shop.

But that was something which he can do later on as well.

Which that thought in his mind, Akira directly come to the Hokage office to ask Hiruzen to let him set up a shop in the Konoha district.

"Hokage Sama, thank you for accepting my request to meet you," said Akira while bowing.

"No worries, my boy. Do tell how this old man can help you with your problem" said Hiruzen.

Akira smile at that but was not revealing any of his intentions.

Hiruzen himself was looking forward to gaining Akira's favour and this could be his chance to do so.

Usually, he would have let the youngster choose a technique of their choosing but for Akira, this kind of thing is pointless as he has created many amazing techniques himself.

Hiruzen was fully aware that Akira has many more techniques and power ways which he have not even shown to others or tested out himself.

How does he know that? simple. He told him the last time he visited the Hokage Office that, the techniques he is giving to the village are only those techniques which he thinks, will be useful to the village and other people beside him and practice without any consequences.

"Hokage Sama I have completed the task which you gave me. Currently, I can mass sell most of the techniques and Ninja tools which I saw you and even more.

But I don't have any way to sell them and that is why I wanted your help. I wanted to establish a store in Konoha to sell my Ninja tools and technique to the village." said Akira.

To this, Hiruzen was stunned. He did not anticipate that Akira will complete the task so fast. He did not even think that Akira will be doing that for the village because, last time he never gave him a definite answer.

"That's wonderful Akira Kun, but why do you need to establish a shop" ask the old Hokage.

There was no reason to ask as he already knew that Akira wanted to be a rich businessman and this was troubling Hiruzen the most.

Akira's talent was unlike any talent he has ever seen. Even his sensei Tobirama Senju the creator of the Shinobi World does not come close to Akira's talent.

He can't let his talent be wasted like that. If this happened then that would be a huge loss to the village.

"I am planning to sell all of these techniques and ninja tools to the shinobi of the village. There are also many items and seals which I made specially made for civilians," replied Akira with a smile.

"Ahm, but if you work on the store then what about your shinobi work, I can't let you off the hook if you start avoiding your duty as the reputable shinobi of the leaf." Hiruzen gave a reason.

"Oh don't worry, I will be hiring some people to manage the store and also I will be making a shadow clone which will look over the shop in my absence," said Akira.

This bought Hiruzen back to his previous state. Now he was thinking about how he can stop Akira from starting this business.

But then he saw an opportunity which make him start thinking.

"Akria Kun, I can give you a store but how will that help the village" ask Hiruzen.

Akira acted like he was thinking and then said.

"I will be paying Konoha the monthly rent and also will be supplying Konoha ninja the techniques and tools at a 15% cheaper rate then I will sell them to other shinobi and villages," said Akira.

This rang more alarm bells inside Hiruzen. He can't let Akira's techniques and ninja tools be discovered by other villages let alone selling them to the other villages.

"I am sorry Akira Kun but considering how useful your technique and tool are, selling them to other countries and villages will be not possible. As the Hokage of the village, I cannot approve of you selling those techniques and tools to our potential enemies," said Hiruzen in a stern voice.

"I see, then how about I give Konoha exclusive right to sell these items to other villages and countries? This way not only you can see which kind of product I am selling but at the same time you can also verify whether trading those goods to other villagers is allowed or not.

Hiruzen thought about it and approved this suggestion. If Konoha has a say in what Akira is selling to other shinobi and Villages then he doesn't particularly have any issue with it.

"But if Konoha is handling this then the village will take a portion of the sell," Hiruzen said wanting to make more profit.

"Hmmm, Interesting," thought Akria.

"Okay, that's not a problem. What do you suggest, how much will the village take" ask Akira wanted to decide on a final price.

Hiruzen also thought about it. He wanted to make more profit from this but could not give Akira a losing deal as he currently trying to appeal to him. There is also the fact that Danzo might use this to bring Akira on his side which he can not have.

"How about 20%," Hiruzen said the best price that he is willing to give. He already knows that Akira will not bargain.

Akira also knew that this price is pretty much non-negotiable because the Hokage himself said it.

But he might be able to get some more benefits out of it right?

"That's fine, I suppose that Konoha will handle the packaging as well as the delivering of the goods on its own," asked Akira.

This pause Hiruzen.  He was not sure what to answer here but he know one thing. If Akira finds a different way of transport then a third party will be involved and that will be problematic, considering the technique, seals and tools which Akira might or might not deliver.

"Okay, that I will allow you to do," said Hiruzen.

"Okay, deal" also said Akira with a smile.
