I've noticed I keep getting this message in the Patreon exit surveys:

I've made a guide on how to access your rewards both on desktop and mobile (with images to guide you) and I've put links to that guide in the welcome message. You receive the welcome message as an email upon sign-up, but you can also always access it from your membership page here on Patreon.

I put finished pages into "full chapter" posts, and I've made masterposts with links to each chapter to make reading easier. I don't know if there's much else I can do within Patreon's framework, but if you guys have any suggestions for what could make reading easier for you or how to make the posts more easily accessible please let me know!
