Several months ago, we posted a video about a MASSIVE multi-channel plane restoration that James Wright organized with a bunch of big creators like Uri Tuchman and Hand Tool Rescue. Well, that project is done and we're all releasing the videos on Saturday.
Now, you've already seen this video, BUT we added a new special effects sequence where I pretend to use electricity to de-rust a tool. It's a joke and all in good fun, but the effects were very difficult to make. All credit to Nate for his very creative work making the lightning effects.
On Saturday, you'll get a EXCLUSIVE behind the scenes video where Nate will walk you through how he did this little bit of movie magic.

I wonder... is there any truth behind this gag? 1) You can use magnetism to induce a current, and 2) you need current to perform electrolysis. Therefore... Perhaps if I pass my head through it my mental processes will improve with some of the rust removed. Great job on the plane, the removable lamination really is ingenious!
