bastet is a really situational stand its definitely strong with a smart stand user but at the same time it has 0 attack power so either the user has to reveal themselves to take out the enemy themselves or be part of a 2 person team with someone who has combat power. on a side note shes the 5th of the 9 stand users of the egyptian god stands so only 4 more of them after her
