Jeju island yesss! Also i think the fight was stopped since if one injures the other (of course jinwoo injuring the other) it will turn into political conflict. Since jeju is part of korea japan is helping them to get back their island. If they get on their bad side maybe the raid will have only half of the people and that lowers the chance of wining against the monsters
