Mod Update

(I am posting this again because there have been some updates again in the past two days.) The following mod has been updated:

Steady Sit & Seat Any Sim

• Fixed an LE error about autonomy_modes.
• Adjustments.

Hello, I've recently received a few LE error reports regarding the Steady Sit mod. Some should have been fixed in the latest version (thanks so much for all the people reaching out!). If you're also encountering LE while using this mod, please update the mod, and see if the following fits your situation:

• If you are receiving LE error about "autonomy_modes":

Should have been fixed in the latest version.

• If you are receiving LE error about "statistic_conditions":

This may happen when the Steady Sit position is disrupted, such as when the sims are steady sitting and some objects are suddenly blocking the seat, which causes sims to displace to another position and exit sitting unnaturally.

I have fixed the only case above I can confirm, but am not sure if there are any other situations that could cause this error. A reproducible save is necessary for addressing this issue as the conditions seem quite specific.

• If you are receiving LE error about "modular_object_component":

This error is usually caused by missing/broken CC sectional sofas. It's possible that some CC sectional sofas on your lot were recently deleted / changed / not functioning properly.

The issue would occur under the same conditions regardless of whether Steady Sit mod is installed or not. However, when Steady Sit is installed, for some reason, it will be listed as the cause of error in LE/BE. (If not installed, another mod or EA interactions will be listed in turn.)

The mods are unrelated to this error; it's more likely to be related to what happened to the sofas themselves (missing/broken).

If it's due to missing, this error can be fixed by entering Build Mode, returning to Live Mode. It should be fixed at this step, then you might want to save (or save as) your game so it won't linger when you reload.

If you still encounter LE after updating the mod, please delete the mod, or contact me on Discord (ID: amellce) with detailed error info, and the save that can reproduce the error, if possible. I will try my best to help you address the issue.
